Services and goods — 14-day withdrawal

For development services (Starter MVP, Pro, Scale) and any physical goods, you have 14 calendar days from contract conclusion to withdraw without cause (French Consumer Code art. L. 221-18).

AI SaaS Study — Withdrawal waived

The Light and Pro AI SaaS Study is digital content executed immediately upon payment. Per French Consumer Code art. L. 221-28 13°, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal at order time (terms checkbox). A 7-day commercial guarantee still applies (see Terms section 14).

3-step process

  2. Fill in the order reference (Stripe session ID received by email after payment) then send.
  3. We acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours and process the refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
